New Customers:
$500.00 minimum to open an account. A copy of your Tax ID or Business Permit must accompany your first order.

Shipping
Freight charges are calculated at time of shipping based on the point of departure. Charges will vary depending on the item sizes, total weight and destination.
Points of departure:
Canadian orders: Prescott, ON
USA orders: North Andover, MA
In Canada, orders are shipped via FedEx. Remote areas may be serviced by the Post Office via Parcel Post.
All continental US orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Returns:
- Goods should be inspected upon receipt and any discrepancies or damage from shipment should be reported immediately.
- Any claims for credit or replacement of defective goods must be made within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
